Connaught Academy recognise the need for electricians to undergo training and be fully prepared with the relevant qualifications to enable them to work safely with electrics. We have recently opened an Electrical Training Department to facilitate this request from industry. Connaught Academy offer a variety of courses from basic awareness course to those for technicians who require certification in line with current and future Building Regulations.

Basic Electrical Installations Safety Course
This is an introductory awareness course for working with electrics in the building industry and is a natural progression for those operatives seeking to obtain the Electrical Part P qualification.

Electrical Part P Defined Scope B
In order for electrical installers to self-certify that their domestic electrical installation work certificate is compliant in England and Wales, they must be registered with a competent person scheme, such as NICEIC Domestic Installer Scheme.
