Communication provides the necessary skills required for speaking, listening, reading and writing through to developing and applying skills for different purposes and situations over an extended period of time.

Application of Number

Application of number shows your ability to handle simple numerical and graphical information and techniques applied to short activities through to demonstrating the ability to improve their number skills by applying them to their work, study or other activities.

ICT Information Communication Technology

For individuals wishing to handle simple numerical, textual and graphical information in the context of short, straightforward tasks through to you developing and improving their IT skills by applying them to their work, study or other activities.

Working with Others

This Key Skill shows ability to demonstrate that candidates understand given objectives and can plan for working  with others towards achieving them, through to being expected to demonstrate the ability to develop a strategy for working with others.

Improving Own Learning and Performance

This Key Skill helps provide candidates with the necessary skills required for confirming targets and planning how to meet them through to developing strategies for improving own learning and performance, in any chosen subject or task. 

Problem Solving

This Key Skill is ideal for candidates wishing to demonstrate understanding of a given problem and ways of tackling it, through to developing a strategy for problem solving and evaluating the strategy.
