The Learning and Development awards are available at levels 3 and 4 and are aimed to provide a first insight into the principles and processes of training and to provide progression towards becoming a manager. They are designed for those who are involved in training and work-based learning which involves identifying learning aims and programmes, developing training sessions and promoting of learning.
Connaught Academy is accredited with EDI the awarding body for delivery of these qualifications.
Assessors A1, A2 and Verifiers V1
These A1 awards are essential for those assessing learners and V1 awards are essential for conducting internal quality assurance of the assessment process.

Learning and Development Levels 3 and 4
These NVQs are suitable if candidates are assessors, tutors or are involved in aspects of the learning process. These awards also have an option to support learners by mentoring and coaching in the workplace.
