Management and Supervision
Supervisory qualifications are designed for those people who are entering a management role or wish to gain a qualification that formally recognises their skills. - Management qualifications are available for Team Leading Levels 2 and 3 and Management Levels 3 to 5.
- The qualification for Team Leading Level 2 and 3 are technical certificates and could enhance Management NVQs at Levels 2 to 5.
Connaught Academy is accredited with the awarding body EDI to deliver these qualifications.
Management Level 3
This NVQ qualification is suitable to provide learners with the skills that they need to competently undertake management roles, spanning from leading a team within an organisation to leading the organisation itself. This technical certificate aims to develop the background knowledge and understanding for a range of middle management roles.
