CANCELLATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Payment for all courses must be paid in full 14 days prior to the commencement of training.

Payments are accepted by debit/credit card. (2% charge for credit card payments)

Please be aware of the following conditions in the event of a cancellation :-

1. For course cancellations made 14 to 8 days prior to the course date, Connaught Academy will still charge 50% of the course fee.
2. If you re-schedule a course giving less than 2 weeks notice you will incur a fee of 25% of the course net total.
3. For course cancellations made 7 days or less prior to the course start date, Connaught Academy will still charge the full course fee.
4. No refund will be given on books purchased through Connaught Academy.
5. Connaught Academy reserves the right to cancel a course up to 14 days prior to the course date and will provide a full refund of course fees paid.
6. NON-ATTENDANCE – If prior notification is not given, NO refund will be made of any payment received, however, inclusion in a later course may be an option.
